Join in is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation, both on our platform and in the real-world activity our platform helps coordinate.
Our standards
Join in has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming, sextortion, or trafficking ("CSAE").
We:
- Prohibit any account, content, or conduct involving CSAE or CSAM, in full, on the platform and off it where it relates to use of the Service
- Remove any content that violates this policy as soon as we become aware of it
- Terminate accounts involved in violations and report to the relevant authorities and organizations (such as NCMEC) where required by law
- Require all users to be at least 16 years old to use Join in
Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that concerns you, report or block the user directly in the app, from their profile or from within a session. You can also email us directly at hello@joinin.club.
We review all reports involving child safety as a priority and take action in accordance with these standards and applicable law.
